Hit the Right Note by Joining the PTA

The Parent Teacher Association (PTA) Membership Committee invites you to hit the right note this new school year bybecoming a member of our PTA team.  Our children are at the top of our scale and we can’t rest until they have the very best school experience.  With your support the PTA will lead the way to an education that hits the high note every time.   Our PTA works hard to ensure that there is harmony between parents, school staff, students and the community. 

Your membership in the PTA enables us to sponsor many wonderful events throughout the year.  Some of the programs we sponsored last year were:  Spirit Nights, Dances, Read-to-Me Nights, Book Fairs, Talent Show, Fifth Grade Farewell, Movie Nights and Cultural Arts Assemblies.  This year because of your continued commitment, the dances and movie nights will be free events for the immediate families of PTA members.  The PTA also purchases indoor and outdoor recess equipment and weekly planners for the students, as well as reimbursing our wonderful teachers for things they purchase throughout the year.

So, don’t make us go solo, join the Chapel Hill PTA now.  The cost per member is $7.00. We encourage both parents, grandparents, aunts, and uncles to support your child’s education by joining.   To join please complete the attached envelope and enclose cash or check (Payable to: CHE PTA).  If you have more than one child attending Chapel Hill you can send in just one envelope.  Please be sure to write the names and homeroom #’s of each child on the envelope.  If you have any questions please call Kathy Fox at 410-529-6976.  When you join, your name will be entered into a drawing to win a movie pack for your family.  The classes with 100% participation will get a movie and popcorn party!!  Don’t rest, join the PTA and help us hit the right note.  Our children deserve our full support.
